We all have bad habits. Whether it's biting your nails, indulging a bit too much in fast food, or sleeping with your ex, sometimes we just can't escape our bad habits. However, when it comes to habits that negatively affect your health and wellbeing, especially in the long run, it's best to nip those in the bud. There are plenty of things we do in our 20s that have the potential to cause us harm for the rest of our lives. Don't let them get out of hand, start now and there just might be hope for you yet. Ah binge drinking, you lead to many forgotten nights and unsavory hook-ups. You also lead to liver damage, high blood pressure, and depression. It may be time to quit knocking back shots and start taking things slow. For your body’s sake at least.

Nothing’s better than scarfing down a pizza at 1am followed by some french fries and maybe some ice cream. Oh wait, yes there is, eating healthy balanced meals that don’t cause your metabolism to get screwed up and your cholesterol to soar through the roof.

Saving money is difficult when you’re in your 20’s, in fact not spending every penny the second you get it is difficult. But the more careless you are with your finances, the harder it will be for you to pay off bills, loans, debts, and even get a house later on.
